The sun shining through the clouds gave this vista a patchwork feel. I have never seen this view look as beautiful in winter as it has been in the last few days. This is towards Chop Gate, it's easy to see where the moorland ends and the farmland starts, it's a flat plane surrounded by hills, we do have beautiful countryside in this part of the world!
