Just down the road a couple of miles through Great Ayton is Gribdale nestled at the foot of the moors. Taken today the weather was not a patch on yesterday with grey skies and drizzle but the country side is so green and there are buttercups in every field, I couldn't resist this photo. My brother and his wife as newly weds lived in Gribdale terrace that was nearly 60 years ago, it's still pretty much unaltered from the outside but it will be a different story inside. In the distance is the start of Great Ayton poking through the tree line.
