This afternoon the mellow winter sun was highlighting Roseberry Topping, showing all the russets and browns it has now turned and will stay until next spring. Folk trek up to her peak on a daily basis even in the snow and bad weather, she sees hundreds of visitors a week.

Oh I remember Roseberry Topping. Not how it looks, but just the name. I was born in Middlesbrough and we moved to South Shields when I was 5, so I remember it as a place we used to go. Thanks for the memories.
