After visiting the chiropractor ( she worked her charms and I am a little more upright ) I couldnt resist going down to Brighton Beach to look at the wild sea whipped up by some severe cold fronts. Adelaide sits on a gulf and normally this water is very safe and quiet with gentle waves. Today, with the temperature down to 7C this afternoon, it was ferocious. There used to be a wooden jetty but that got washed away one year so now we have a very strong concrete one. It was also high tide so the water came right up to the rocks along the seafront. It was even too wild for board riders who sometimes appear on a stormy day to ride the winter waves.
Beautiful capture. Love the wild seas. For photoshooting much better than when the sea is calm. I love to watch it even if I don't have a camera in hand.
@golder365mjsmith Thanks Michael it is a very dramatic change from the calm waters we usually experience. More wild weather to come so may get some more
@kanelipulla thankyou for your well wishes. My back continues to improve. I put an ice pack on it several times a day and you can imaging what that's like in winter, I sit with the ice pack on my back and a heater on my legs. ha ha
