Busy harbour.....

......at Newlyn yesterday....we came back home from our mini-break this afternoon. There was such thick fog in Penzance, could hardly see across the road. It followed us back up the A30 home !
Fascinating scene, I love harbours like this, we don't seem to have any up here just long expanses of flat beach.

Nice detail. We are familiar with this view from many holidays in Mousehole

Crikey so busy, you would have trouble finding your boat here wouldn't you.

Nice harbour scene with all the trawlers, and it looks like the Trinity House tender Galatea at anchor in the back ground, Galatea in Greek mythology was a sea nymph who attended Poseidon god of the sea.

@hobgoblin It might well be. It came into the bay late afternoon and moored up.....the next morning there was a very thick fog and we could hardly see her lights......I guess that is why she pulled in.
