....with lovely stained glass panels. We are very blessed with this house still having a good amount of its original features......including enormous light roses, huge stained glass window on the half landing and high ceilings with coving and high skirting boards....not to mention several lovely old fireplaces.....and a sweet little 'Wedgewood' style hand basin.....
That glass looks like it has kept very well. We used to live in an old Victorian house. took me ten years to renovate the original features. Ceiling roses, huge skirtings and door frames, open fire, plaster queen Victoria busts at the door way. I've gone on a bit, I guess I miss them!
@gamelee That is one set of stained glass that we have replaced. We have lived here for 20 years now, but for 14 of those years we ran a very busy shop in a very busy fishing village.......so work was done very spasmodically.........
