In December 2010 I started work providing admin support for a local church.
For a variety of reasons my actual place of work has moved 3 times, from the Vicarage, to the curate's house, to the church. Next week I am moving again.
For the last 14 months these windows have watched over me, pairs of friendly faces, keeping me company while I work.
I love working in the vestry, it ha a lovely feel to it, but it is difficult to keep warm. It also can be quite noisy, as the organ backs on to the vestry and sometimes there have been funerals or other services whilst I have been working!
I will still spend time in there, but the majority of my time will be spent in my new office.
I love my job, I never really know what each day will bring.
