On Monday evening, I attended the photo club's Christmas party. We meet at a public library. There is a glass display case in the lobby of the library. This month, the library has a display of unique nativity sets. These are four of my favorite sets. The top left set is tiny and looks like it might have been carved out of stone. The bottom left set is contained in a box with a hinged lid. A starry sky is shown on the inside of the lid. Angels are on the top shelf in the box. Wise men are on the second shelf. Shepherds are on the third shelf. Mary, Jesus and Joseph are on the bottom shelf. The bottom right set might be made of olive wood. It lights up. The top right hand set looks almost life like. I really enjoyed seeing these special Nativity sets. I also really enjoyed doing the week long Nativity series.
