This is the beautiful Rainbow Falls at Kerikeri, New Zealand. I remember it took a bit of fiddling with the settings to get the beautiful softness in the water - especially as I didn't have a tripod!!

David - I honestly cannot remember !! This was taken back in 2005 when I was traveling through NZ with my mother. I had only just bought my first DSLR (Canon 300D) for the trip so was still very much experimenting with settings, etc, and really had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I just remember that I took a lot a shots to get this one and that I had no tripod as I have only had a tripod now for a couple of years. I haven't been able to get another shot since that works as beautifully as this one - just one of those fluke shots !!
@danacarruthers Right well there's hope for me yet then this shot is stunning and a water shot like this with the slow shutter speed is on my must try list.
