As I was walking through the park yesterday I was suddenly accosted by a bunch of floating bubbles. I looked around me and found that they were all over the grass around my feet. So down on my tummy I got to explore some photo ops and found this bubble stuck on a feather.
I have uploaded two bubble photos today. Normally I take a bunch of photos every day and they are put to a household vote and the winner gets uploaded. Today the vote was not unanimous and I couldn't decide so I have shared them both. My personal favourite is the other one "Bubble In The Mist". See my "Extras" album.
Wow, it looks like it was starting to freeze or something with all the cracks in it. can i see your camera in the bottom? Gotta fav. Then I'll go look at the other one.
@sailingmusic
Thanks Myrna. I have looked and looked at the refraction in the bubble and I can't make anything out but the trees and sky !! Could well be my camera !! It was a bright blue sunny day - I think the cracks may have been the bubble starting to collapse.
I don't even know what to say to you about this one! It is just so... incredible. How do you come across these things!? +fav obviously but seriously the minutiae that surrounds us is endlessly fascinating to me but you really have an eye for finding the most exquisite details.
@hasselhotch
Thanks David. My mum found this one for me actually - I just photographed it. I love losing myself in the macro world. I have had a life long love for all things miniature. I find it fascinating that something so small can be so exquisitely detailed.
Okay, i am jealous! Not ONLY is this just kick rear awesome, but you just FOUND it too! You did not spend hours getting it ready, setting it up, blowing bubbles...like I figured. This is great! Fav!

Thanks MaryBeth. My mum found this one for me so I had a little help but you are right, it was just "found" and not set up. Thanks for your complement on my album and for the follow.
