Today's word is "spring" and I can't think of a prettier tree (at least for the bright green) than a Bald Cypress that just flushed out with new growth. Here is the seed cone.

Of course, it is only windy when I go there to get a shot where the focus needs to be right on. I actually thought they were like pine cones, but I guess pine cones are seeds, too, right? I've never really seen anything so very intricate.
