As luck would have it, I had to check a property over by the beach. No parking to be found as there was a seafood festival going on. I parked at my client's place and took some shots at the beach. Then I stopped at a park on the Intracoastal. This bird was within a few feet of me. After I watched him for a bit, he decided to get some lunch. I don't know what kind of bird he is.
