do they keep their submarine in here?

@chard it's shallow. I think there was a fountain in it. Maybe one time there were fish, like koi. Who knows.

This is a gorgeous spot. I have not been down to Vizcaya in years and was just thinking the other day that I need to go down there with my camera some day. My sister was married at Vizcaya.

@clake Must have been an amazing place to marry. All kinds of young ladies were having their Quinceanera photos taken.

When we were kids, you used to be able to pay just 25cents if you were just touring the gardens and not entering the house. The gardens of Vizcaya were my sister and my playground. We'd pay our quarter each and spend a good part of the day exploring and playing in the gardens. My very favorite spot was the little gazebo that sits out in the water. My sister always wanted to get married there. . . and she did. They even let her bring in an organist to play the antique organ in the estate for her wedding.
