@peterday I have a feeling few people know these herons nest in this location. There is a nice lake/natural area behind a shopping center that says "no trespassing". You do have to look up to the tree tops and really know what you are seeing to know what is there. They must have overfished the little lake and deserted the area for a while, but came back last year. :-)
