These cows sure weathered the hurricane okay! Life is trying to get back to normal. Streets are piled high with debris. FEMA will come pick it up "soon". So very thankful for electricity, phones, internet! Hurricane shutters being removed as we speak. The Keys are in such rough shape. They are tough people but will need help rebuilding.
So glad to hear that the storm has passed, but also so sorry to hear of the devasation left in it's wake. This is certainly a very happy looking cow! Lovely shot Danette
Glad that you have electricity, phone, and internet. I'm sure you are glad to get the shutters off. Hopefully, you did not have much damage. I'm behind posting, so I may have missed an earlier post by you on damage.
I have a bit of time and have clicked through your shots of the last troublesome "Irma" days. I am so glad to learn that you and your family made it through largely unscathed. We have relatives in Del Ray Beach, who are OK, also. So sad about the Keys. For some reason, I really like this shot. The bovine's expression speaks volumes.
@rosiekerr She probably didn't appreciate having to endure the storm outside! Cows are so resilient. Glad your relatives made it through well, too. We were very blessed to have been missed by the eye.
