This house belongs to my son's neighbor. I always admire it, especially with the late day light. This is the side of the house.

@rhoing the "average" list price within Palm Ceia is $625,000, but that doesn't mean much. There are homes in the millions. It is a very small neighborhood in South Tampa that is also old. A number of the older homes are being torn down for McMansions (or slightly smaller than that). The lot across the street from my son is for sale for $400,000, if you care to buy it!

@danette Our kids live in suburban Boston. $500,000 in their area (no yard) gets a fixer-upper. I'll stay where I am and fly to high-rent places to visit!
