Sandwell Valley contains an opening which is full of seasonal flowers, a man-made pond and today it was full of artists, sitting around painting the scenery. Unusually for me I decided to ask if I could take a picture, rather than do it without the subjects knowledge and was delighted to get the go ahead - surprised at how easy it was to approach someone and ask their permission! On reflection, next time I'll converse a little more with them, build up a background and name for the image!!
