@losthorizon It's called Seymour Tower.
Built in 1782, the tower dominates the Royal Bay of Grouville. Seymour Tower lies 1.5 miles/2.3 km offshore and is surrounded by a mass of granite rocks and gullies that is home to a huge and diverse range of marine creatures and bird life.
Gonna go for a walk out to it, maybe on friday if the tide times are ok.
@danacarruthers Thanks, I use a program called photomatix. There are others around (some free) and I think it's possible with photoshop. Gogle and youtube should be able to help there :)
@losthorizon Thanks, just been reading and the tower can be hired out at nearly £400 a night for 7 people and a guide. There's a lot of history here for such a small island.
It's got a sort of is it or isn't it HDR look, eye catching without being too mental. For a minute I thought you meant rock climbing but exploring a rocky beach on a nice day is one of the best things you can do :)
