I am definitely behind on posting but did take a couple of photos of my neighbors flowers yesterday, just did not get one posted. This tree (not sure what it is called) is a couple of feet taller than our 6' side yard fence and has lots of pretty flowers on it.
Wow, the yellow is so vibrant and the crisp whites and calming greens make for a really beautiful picture. I really like how the yellow stamens really stamd out. Great work!
Such a gorgeous pov, Darlene ...lovely soft colors and such beautiful lighting. I know what you mean about being behind .. I haven't felt well and am way behind. Can't be helped sometimes.
@karenann Thank you so much for your sweet comments, Karenann. I hope you feel better. My stomach has not been feeling well for a few days so it has slowed me down. My husband was sweet enough to take me to the park to take a few photos tonight when he got home and to look for Aflac duck with a fro.
@marlboromaam Thank you very much for your comments, Maggie. I did not realize they were purple buds till I put this photo on my computer. Looks like there will be a lot more flowers. I have not paid attention like this year before.
@sunnygreenwood Thank you, Anne. It is really nice to have neighbors with such a beautiful tree. All I had to do was reach up with my camera and click. They are so sweet as they are fine with me taking photos.
@maggiemae Thank you, Maggiemae. I have not paid attention to these flowers until this photo. They are always white each year, but to photograph them and to look up close is another thing. I think we are all seeing things we did not see before.
@cindyrez You make me laugh, Cindy. I am really lucky to have such wonderful neighbors and to be able to enjoy and photograph what sits against and a ways above and over the fence. I am looking at things so differently now as many of us are. Cool to see flowers and so many other things close up. Nature sure is beautiful.

@copperheadglass Thank you so much, Meredith. I am noticing the neighbors flowers and our neighborhood flowers since starting this project. If I walk down the street I can take photos of them against fences so do not feel strange doing so unless of course they have dogs in their yards that start barking at me.
@giffy No kidding, I love Spring but seems like Summer has come as it has been 95 for two days now. So hot!! I know this will not last and so grateful that it will not. I want more Spring.
