What a dreary day, but I got my exercise in, had my walk and talk with a friend (she's in NY), had a meeting, wished a friend happy birthday on the phone, and caught Robins as they left their tree hangout and flew above or near the literal "tree line." I have finished week 1 of my WWPurple diet. Tomorrow is weigh in. Let's hope there is a deficit! Haha.
