I'm working on editing photos from Tuesday's shoot, so I took another phone shot of a delicious crock pot WW friendly bbq (with pineapple too) and my own Honduran slaw ( my version I've made ever since visiting Honduras many years ago now).
Honduran slaw
Half of a small cabbage head sliced very thin (or one package thin sliced cabbage)
Two green onions sliced thin
One garlic minced
2 tsp olive oil
Juice of one lime
Dash of cumin
Chopped cilantro (about one big handful from a bunch)
Option: chopped jalapeno or thai chili peppers.
Salt to taste
As soon as the very top of this rolled up on my feed I felt it was yours! Your slaw sounds delicious and this photo of it with the barbecue literally has my mouth watering right now!
