Before we feast on a great turkey (and boy oh boy was my turkey one of the best yet!), we have oysters and shrimp. My mother brings these and they are delicious raw oysters with cilantro, onions, lime juice, a bit of olive oil, tomatoes, and coriander. Heaven. Cheers everyone. We are fully stuffed. I'm going to be in a coma for a few hours.
