We got a bit dressed up to visit my dad, brother, and sister in law today at my brother's home. Of course, I am wearing my dress BACKWARDS--not on purpose, just was hurrying to get out of the house on time. Silly me. Had to force the girls to take a shot with me. Teens.
Happy Easter for those who celebrate. This was the first year I did not prepare some festive eggs. We don't really celebrate it, but I do love seeing everyone's photos and hearing about their family gatherings. It was nice to see my father (he actually helped with the 9 and 11am services at his church in downtown Atlanta--my dad's a retired priest). I know it was special for him to be of service there!
Ok, Kitchen is really coming along. I'm soooooo happy with it so far. I feel like a princess.
Great family photo and story. I can't tell you how many times, I've gotten up the next morning and realized my pajamas were inside out. Shouldn't do hard tasks when you are tired or in a hurry! LOL!
I didn't even regognize you because you all look so elegant! Is the dress on backwards in the photo? Can't tell if it is!
On my husbands surprise 70th birthday party I wore two different shoes and didn't notice until I was getting ready for bed. Good to know I am not the only one.
What a lovely portrait of you all! I would never guess your daughters had to be forced! What is it with teens who don't want their photo taken unless it's a selfie? Happy Easter to you and your family! By the way did you leave the dress or turn it round? My nan used to say if you put something on inside out you had to leave it or it would be bad luck! I love "old wives tales"! Lol!
