Gave it a try for the first time! Chicken was nice and tender and done in less time. Wish I knew more about how to use this mode, so I'll read up on it.
Haha, Daryl, this is not meant as an insult, but you are so predictable. I only saw a small bit of this post on the home page on my phone screen, but I thought that has got to be Daryl cooking again. Looking at it properly it looks gorgeous, bet it tasted lovely. Apple need to forget the iPhone and concentrate on Aromaphones just so we can enjoy your cooking from afar.
I see you used lemons, which is how I cook mine. First time I used the convection oven was to use cooked chicken in another recipe. It was so good, I almost ate it up!
