As I went to set up my grill for ribs tonight (beef and pork), I came upon this mom and her clan of spiders in the early hatching stages. I did not disturb them, but three hours of heat may not have helped them (or perhaps it was more like accelerated incubation?). Either way, not a good shot, but interesting nonetheless.
@froggie0628 I used to be all ewwww until I saw all the bugs they were eliminating naturally for me. As long as they are in their place and I'm in mine, it's okie dokie for me!
I have this momma in my project in my alternate album July 23.When I looked them up I read that sometimes the eggsacs will fall from their silk in webs and momma will climb down and carry them back up.Spider moms are amazing! Love this in black and white!
