@sailingmusic yes! I don't like buying parchment paper amd these are perfect for lifting off any baked product. You can roll out dough directly on it. I have done that a ton for galettes I make. Gingerbread house panels also are easy to roll out on them. Inexpensive, last forever. Can go in a dishwasher and are easy to hand wash!

@kali66 I hope you like it. I find the base of things don't get so hot, so cookies/scones don't burn on the bottom. Also good for other reasons mentioned above :)
