I couldn't decide which image to use, so I am using both, this one for the next day. Although it was blazing hot today, at least we live in CA and don't have to deal with the humidity. Now if I can only talk my kids into sharing their frozen lemonades :)
I love her expression ... like she is saying ... "Oh no, don't even think about asking me to share!" I'm glad you showed us both photos. They are both just as sweet as they can be.
haha Frances that's the truth, she was definitely in defensive mode with that frozen lemonade. i loved the way she was holding it. I have to say, she HAS to be defensive, she has a sister who is jealous of everything she has, and a brother who is hungry all the time; both tend to grab what she has without even asking. Last night at dinner she had some french fries and Andrew had already eaten his, so he delved into hers and she said "AND-DREW!!!" It was the funniest thing! First time she ever took him to task over it.
Ha! I'm so glad I came back and read your follow-up, Dayna! Thanks so much for visiting my pictures. Concerning Nik software, it is indeed pricey. But it's worth it. I use it on almost every picture, in combination with other things. I particularly love the Glamour Glow feature for softening colors. Once you had it, you would wonder how you had ever lived without it.
If they had a commercial for lemonade...I could see this right on it. Absolutely beautiful shot of your super cute daughter!!! I love the colors and warm feeling this gives off. I love your work.
She is gorgeous!
Everything about it screams awesome!
I love the lighting in the background, the innocence of the child, the ice cream, it's so wonderful!
Very well done!
