An update to July 2nd's entry regarding the penthouse terrace across the way. As you may (or may not) recall, there was a flurry of activity regarding the assembly and arrangement of a plethora of outdoor furniture, cushions, fake topiary trees, and accessories which turned out to be staging for the marketing of this $4,000,000 apartment. Can you spot the difference between these two images? I just don't think the sad sight currently on view is likely to convince many millionaires to part with their cash -- the plants have all died, the cushions are blown off the sofas and chairs onto the stones by the wind, and the fake topiaries have toppled. What a waste of time, effort and money!!!
