A fresh wind blew in overnight from Canada, and we had the nicest weather in weeks--low humidity and moderate temperatures. We took books to the Pond and sat on a bench near the boat house reading for a while before walking around. A fabulous breeze blew in toward us. There were even little waves on the Pond. I said, "Thank you, Canada. Thank you for being there and thank you for sending us your air." It's always a fair wind when it comes from Canada.
