The weather was dreary today, but that was fine with us as we had planned to stay in and work on the big organizing project in the back room. The only photos I took were of these little tea boxes from Murchie's, Victoria, B.C., which I visited ten years ago. I keep a lot of memorabilia, and these boxes were kept all these years because they reminded me of a nice experience I had in the Murchie's shop. I'm trying to reduce the volume of memorabilia, and I often use the technique of taking a photo and then getting rid of the actual object. In this case I also cut out the front of the boxes because I like the design, and then I was able to put the flat box fronts into my folder on tea experiences in Victoria.
