Whitby Abbey

In all the times I have been to Whitby I have never been to the Abbey. I would like to say I walked up all the steps but my knees just won’t cope these days. So we drove up. Sadly we arrived 5 days early and it wasn’t open to get close up.still very

I have actually helped carry a buggy up those steps! I was a lot younger & fitter & the child in the buggy was my daughter! Have been a few times, I think the abbey is a must see!
