Beautiful shot, that's a stunning flower. It looks like a type of hibiscus to me, due to that center part (can't think of the name!) sticking out.

Gorgeous shot! I adore the clarity of colour - it's so true to life.
I'm pretty sure that you'll find this plant is Hibiscus trionum ( native to europe). Not as big or bright as the tropical Hibiscus, but somehow more charming because of that ;)
