Zipped down the street to catch this tonight. Amazing watching this HUGE moon rise (although it doesn't look that big in this shot). Tomorrow is the full moon, going to try again with a different lens!
@dianen - hahahaha! i'm in toronto. we visited some of maine's lighthouses last year. i think i used up a whole 16 gigs photographing this lighthouse and surrounding areas. i just love lighthouses, more so this one. except there were sooooo many tourists that day! you're so lucky you live hear it, i mean my lighthouse. :-D
@summerfield :). I live about a mile (max) from here. It is gorgeous and I am lucky! And I agree there are too many tourists. Not for long though! Once it gets cold it's so quiet and nice! I love this park though my girls played little league here watching the boats go in and out of the harbor, they had their hs graduation here. I visit several times a week!
