Liberty ship memorial

The Bug light park was the site of major shipbuilding activity during WWII. An estimated 30,000 people were employed here from 1941-1945 building liberty ships for the New England Shipbuilding Corp. and the South Portland Shipbuilding Corp. I've been trying to get a shot of this ship for a while. Not exactly what I envisioned but getting closer....gotta run, the Patriots are about to play! Go Pats!
Looks good in b&w. Rooting for your Patriots from here in Arkansas!

Patsie fan? I'm sorry, I can't comment any more with you. Did I mention I'm from Pittsburgh? Grrrrr.

@stray_shooter lol! I'm sorry Ron! I'm from Maine. New Englanders stick together! I'm a Boston girl...the Pats, the Sox, the Celtics, and the Bruins! If it makes you feel any better, my uncle is a life long Steelers fan! 😘
