I had a call from the neighbour today, to ask if I could pop over to her mother's place and photograph her lily. The lily belongs to a 92 year old, and she is most proud of it! Such a lovely colour, but it was hard to fit all the flowers in one image, so here are a few of them. It smelt gorgeous, but would have been overpowering if taken inside.
These are beautiful. I have a tall vase on the window shelf halfway up the stairs and I usually have lilies in it but I have never had ones this brilliant a colour. As you say the smell is great but can be overpowering unless in a large space
