Bit chilly for the bees!

This morning there was a sprinkling of fresh snow. Made for some nice images and this was one of my favourites - just a simple image of bee hives. Must be a bit cold for the poor wee things!

We passed so many bee hives on our road trip, all in snow country - I wondered what they do in the winter.... this is a beautiful almost dramatic photo!

Their hive must be a cozy and warm spot for them! Great shot. I've never thought about hives like this in the snow.
