Tree planting

We had a lovely group of young people help plant the trees around our pond today. They were planting trees for an Auckland Council programme called 'Trees for Survival'. The school grows the trees from seedlings, then a year later plants them out in the field. I did laugh, as many of their boots looked brand new. We were most appreciative of their efforts!
What a great idea and a nice collage.
