We were having a wander around the small township of Pirongia today. I was wanting an image of the lovely coloured persimmon tree, with the horses in front of it. Chook was trying to get them to face the right way....
@maggiemae There's a few persimmon trees, but they really stand out in the late autumn when they are a pretty colour. We stayed behind the persimmon cafe and of course had to have tea/coffee and cake before we left. They make a salted caramel brownie to die for!
