Yesterday I posted "A Doorway To Heaven," and tonight I played around with another photo I had taken the other day and had planned on using it for this week's theme. I think it turned out pretty cool so I decided to name it, "A Stairway To Heaven." This is actually a stairway leading into the Formal Gardens where I work. It is a beautiful garden, filled with a large variety of exotic flowers and greenery, and in the center stands a beautiful water fountain. It is frequenbtly used for formal wedding photographs.
I'm a fan of stairway pictures and love this one! Would be interested in how you got the effect. I'm trying to branch out and improve my Photoshop skills :-)
Wow, Rick, this puts a whole new face on "the place you work"! It's just gorgeous! I must add that there's an old movie called "Stairway to Heaven" with David Niven, and it's an absolute favorite of mine. If you've never seen it (any of you reading this!), treat yourself to a really good show! And speaking of treats, thank you Rick, for your constant company of the comment threads, and for the sweet birthday wishes. It was such a good day (again), but such an unexpected and heartwarming surprise to find the birthday thread Slava started! You guys are all just the best! What great company you are!
