It has been a busy week, and it felt so good to spend just a few minutes to walk around in the beautiful outdoors after work. The last few days have been so comfortable with the temperatures in the 70's. Indeed my type of weather. This is another one of my favorite spots. I think it's amazing how many times you go back to visit the same area, but yet each time you go back, you are able to find something new to photograph. Normally the water level in this stream is much higher, causing the stream to flow with some pretty strong rapids, but with the hot weather we've been having, and the lack of rain, the water has gotten quite shallow. Hopefully in the next few weeks we will have more rain and the water level will rise. I just enjoyed being out to take in the beautiful surroundings. The fresh air, the beautiy of nature all seems to help revive one's spirit.
Rick, that is a lovely image, very peaceful...I can almost hear the creek babbling away...reminds me of behind my house...we have a similar creek, its really lovely to walk along there..
