We had a lot of rain last night and part of today, and the wind was gusting up to 50 mph. Later in the day the temperature began to drop. By the time I arrived home to take my Son to work, the temperature had already dropped to about 40'. I took my Son to work, came back home, and before I knew it, I began to feel sleepy. In the winter time, after being out in the cold air, a warm house will do that to you. The temperature is supposed to drop to about 27' tonight. I made myself a cup of coffee and planted myself in my favorite recliner to watch the news. The rest of the evening is going to be much the same. Doesn't often happen, so tonight, I am taking advantage of being alone. I am doing nothing but relaxing.
Looks very relaxing. I guess you didn't fall asleep then.... It is 19 degrees here with a wind making it feel like 10 so I was glad to get home today too.
I wish I could put my feet up like that more often. That's some crazy wind! If there was one kind of weather we could get rid of I'd have to choose wind lol
aaaah that looks relaxing...... I cannot even remember the last time I sat in front of the telly, feet up like so and just relaxed.... most I do is FB and 365 on my computer... feet down though...
Fantastic shot...the last time I sat and put my feet up to watch tv was...never...I have a hard time just relaxing. But this looks so peaceful-I must do it sometime soon.
Thank you for your comment on my Jacaranda trees.
I'm not sure on the fragrance, the flowers are too high to smell.
They are a picture just now in Toowoomba. It has a different climate to us. Toowoomba is up on the Great Dividing Range & some plants bloom later than us.
I love this picture! There's no place like home...and being surrounded by our favorite creature comforts is the best place to be when the weather outside is frightful ! :)
I wish I could relax and do nothing, can't wait for the winter to come and for the holiday so that I can have some free time.
Nice shot, just looking at it makes me sleepy.
We should relax more. Human is travelling at the speed that our souls have been left behind. Nice capture Rick. I can feel the warm and the relaxation, and almost can smell the coffee
Looking nice and cosy. Sorry if i havent made any comments lately. I am not sure how i miss your pics, as I follow you. I guess its to do with the post timings for it to come up on my home page.
