A few weeks ago I mentioned in one of my postings that I had won a set of new kitchen appliances. Well, today they were delivered. My Wife was home, and she is pleased. We are both pleased with how they look in our little country kitchen. The refrigerator is a bit smaller than our previous one, but still big enough for us. The winning also included a dishwasher, but we never had one, and we didn't want to lose any more space in our kitchen, so we gave it to my Wife's Sister. Their dishwasher is having some problems, and while I was in school, they helped us out many times financially, so now we can give them something to show our appreciation for their help back then. Anyway, some of you wanted to see the appliances once they were installed, so I thought I'd post the photo. It was comical because since my Wife was home, they took a photo of her after everything was installed so they can post the winner on the radio station's web page. She was not too excited about having her photo on the web, Once it is posted I might provide the link so you can see her photo with the winnings. She hates having her photo taken, but this time she didn't have much of a choice, LOL.
Wow!! They are beautiful! Congratulations. Yes, do post the link when you get it LOL. I hate my pictures too but if I ever get a halfway decent one I'll post it.
Everyone loves a winner! Congratulations, and kudos for sharing your good fortune with your sister in law. That makes it doubly satisfying. BTW the stainless stell looks great with the wood.
Congratulatilons...it always feels good to win something...I'd feel really great if I won the lottery tonight. The appliances good great in your 'new' kitchen.
How wonderful and exciting, what beautiful prizes and your kitchen looks so beautiful with that wood. How thoughtful that you and your wife gave the dishwasher to family, another Blessing on you both. It is all in the giving isn't it?
Love it Rick, I do like stainless steel in the kitchen. How wonderful too that you were able to share the blessing, paying forward and back.. tell your wife we look forward to meeting her ;)
Love the greenery on the bulkhead.
