This was the sky this morning as I drove to work. It was amazing to watch. As I drove along I could see little patches of orange beginning to form just above the horizon, and then it began to get darker. That's when I realized it was going to be a beauty. I knew I had to find a spot to pull off the road. Once off the road, I waited a few minutes, literally, it was only a few short minutes till the sky turned into this masterpiece. I took several other ones too, but this one stood out above the others. I really like how you can see the houses and trees on the horizonline. It remained this color for approxiamtely 10 minutes, so I had the opportunmity to grab a few more shots later down the road.
Your early morning photos and evening walks are simply exquisite. You, my friend, are living the good life. Thank you for reminding me always about what is most important in my life.
Yes this is amazing and a Fav for me. When we stayed with our daughter there were a couple of Blood red sunrises and I missed them by the time she woke me before going to work
