Reflective Patterns

I went out for a drive this morning, and I was surprised to see that much of the rain we had earlier in the week was still covering the fields. The ground must still be quite saturated. Typically it is absorbed within a couple of days, but this has been since Wednesday, and as you can see, this farmer's field still looks like a lake. Our water level is high enough. No snow this year.

Great reflection photo Rick. Beautiful colours. I am glad you mentioned this was a field. I thought it was a lake.

Beautiful reflection. I'm sure the farmer doesn't think so. We drove north of Houston this weekend and Lake Conroe was so dry, the boats were several feet in the air in their docks. Funny how there is such a difference in the weather conditions - us so dry and you guys still too wet.
