In spite of faithful watering every morning and evening, till the end of the day the flowers are looking mighty worn, all dried and brittle. The sun has been beating down mighty hard the last several days, but they are predicting possible rain tomorrow. We hope.
I think sometimes a lack of rain is worse than too much...this poor flower. The rain situation is very serious here Rick, more really bad flooding, cows all living inside eating forage meant for winter. Some farmers haven't even got in their first crop of grass yet & the crops going black under water in the fields.

We finally got our rain overnight and thunderstorms today..but at the moment it cleared up..temperatures are way down..refreshing for a change.
yes some flowers need more rain or water as it 's been in the last little while. mind you there is beauty still in this stage of the game. like your processing.
