Today at about 1:00pm our nursing team at work received word that our dear co-worker had passed away. Yesterday we all received word she had made a rapid turn for the worse. Two months ago she went to the hospital and had her gall bladder removed. A few weeks later she developed symptoms that appeared to be related to a nicked bowel, but it ended up being an aggressive cancer. Today on the first day of the year her short battle ended with her Husband and Parents by her side. She was only around 47 years old. We lost a dear friend, but Heaven gained an angel. I would appreciate prayers for her Husband and family. We'll all miss you Bonnie.

This is a lovely tribute to your friend, Bonnie, Rick. It's always a little more tragic when one loses their fight at such a young and vibrant age. I know her presence will be missed by family and friends.

Our prayers are with the family of your beloved co-worker, with you and family and all the co-workers who will miss her. such a sad story and she was so young still. God had a reason and a better place for her.
