I know it has been a long time, but life has been keeping me very busy. With some added responsibilities at work (my choice) and life when I am at home being occupied whenever possible by this cute little face, I just haven't had time to play. I am hoping things soon begin to slow down, after all Spring is upon us now, and it will soon be time to get things organized outside. Our little Scarlett turned 7 months old on the 19th, and she now has her ears pierced, she is sitting up on her own, and loves to stand by the sofa. Oh and by the way, I think I am still her favorite Grandpa. I have missed you all, and my apologies for being absent. I will try my best to get to some posting. Hope you are all doing well.
What a gorgeous portrait of sweet Baby Scarlett! Your priorities are in order... we just needed to hear you were doing well! Nothing like baby hugs, is there?! Our little Dylan turns two on April 21 and we'll be back up here again to celebrate. We're spending a lot of time on the road between our homes this winter!
She is getting cuter by the minute. such a darling. so nice to know you're her favorite grandpa. btw I knew you couldn't stay away too long. we all need a rest now and then.

Just got finished with a weekend visit with my older son and his family- and I didn't go near the computer the whole time! So, I understand how that goes! Glad to see you back even for a little bit!
Hi Rick! I've been off of 365 for awhile now, too. Life just got too busy but I came on this morning to see how my friends are doing. Scarlett is beautiful and from the sound of things, I'm guessing she's won your heart over! Glad things are slowing down for you a bit. Enjoy your grandchildren. I also read that there is a little guy on the way. How fun!
@nana Nancy, so nice of you to stop in and say hello. My goodness, it has been a long time. I have been thinking of you and the family hoping all is well. We are excited about the new Grandson due to arrive in October, maybe even a bit earlier, who knows.
