Two Babies by digitalrn

Two Babies

Our first set of babies this year. Momma has been busy keeping them fed and with all the rain, no shortage of worms
interesting edit makes it look like a picture in a storybook.

Our doves have already flown away. They sure don't stay babies long.

We had two nests so far. one a baby dove fell out of a best and mom tried to keep it warm on the ground. but it was gone. another robin nest was empty overnight and we saw the broken eggs in the grass. so no little birdies this season.. I like yours and hope they make it.

Great sheltered place. We had some blue tit babies in our bird box but feeling a bit sad as after the very wet week we haven't seen the parents around and not sure how the little ones are doing.......don't want to disturb the box just yet in case........
