Really useful and interesting. I find it easier to photograph people when travelling, and the tips on relaxing the models are good.

LOL Well, in most of my travels, I've found that a couple of American dollars will get you any photo you want. I was in Creel, Mexico and there was this young (7 years old) Taramahara Indian girl selling hand-woven belts. I asked her how much and she said, "veinte pesos." (About 2 dollars.) She was too cute to ignore, so I bought a belt off her. I then held up my camera and asked, "un photo, por favor?" She nods and strikes a pose. I took the photo and she immediately held out her hand and said, "veinte pesos."

@padlock Yes! His musical talent is amazing. I used to get him in as a guest teacher in some of my classes. Used to blow the kids away :)

Alison, I have been read your shared source in detail and found a lot of new ideas and things about photography during travel. Professionally I am a tourist but I also have great interest in photography. To fulfill my desire I have been visited a lot of beautiful destinations of the world. In these days I am planning to go with getbusticket for a memorable journey.

@joshua22 Best of luck on your travels Joshua! Where are you off to this time? Do you have photos of your past travels on your project? I'd be keen to check them out as I love travel photography too (although I am nowhere near as good at it as Dave!)
