someone was killed in my town last year, seems the distance between him and the train was hard t gauge through the lens

Can understand that as I have enough trouble through the long zoom ensuring I'm not too close to the aggressive geese in the pond near here. I'd never feel brave enough to stand on railway tracks, I must admit.

I have to admit, I have taken pictures of my kids on tracks but the particular tracks I used had not been used in years!!!!!
